Virtueward combines core academics, field learning, writing, responsible AI use, family records, and state-aware organization in a parent-directed homeschool structure.

Core learning areas

Paper, digital, and hybrid work
Assignments may be paper-required, digital-required, or family-selectable. Virtueward is designed to preserve handwriting and hands-on work where educationally valuable while also supporting digital submission, organization, and records as those features are released.
State-aware, not state-owned
Virtueward uses state profiles and standards alignment to help families organize learning. Standards alignment does not mean state approval, accreditation, or legal compliance by itself.
Current Tennessee Grade 6 pilot
The first controlled implementation centers on Tennessee Grade 6 and the Tennessee Trail. The program architecture is intended to support additional state profiles and grade levels through controlled releases.
Moriah in the curriculum
Moriah can explain, hint, ask questions, generate practice, review reasoning, and coach writing within posted limits. Assignment-specific rules determine whether AI is allowed, limited, or prohibited for a particular task.
Records and evidence
Virtueward is being designed to support attendance, grades, progress, work samples, portfolio evidence, parent review, AI-session visibility, and evaluator/export packs. Families should rely only on features that are visibly enabled in their current release.
