Virtueward Program Terms

These terms govern family use of Virtueward Homeschool, its curriculum, protected portal, resources, and AI-supported learning features.

Last updated September 7, 2026

Virtueward is currently a parent-led homeschool curriculum and learning platform, not an accredited school of record. Accreditation is being pursued as a future institutional goal; current use does not itself create accredited enrollment.

Parent authority and legal responsibility

The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for the child’s homeschool arrangement, state notices, required records, required testing, attendance obligations, and any other legal requirements that apply to the family. Virtueward provides curriculum, tools, records support, and learning assistance; it does not automatically file homeschool paperwork or become the teacher of record.

Family license and account use

  • Access is for the authorized household and learners covered by the purchased or pilot plan.
  • Account credentials must be kept private and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to bypass plan limits.
  • Curriculum materials may be printed or used digitally for the authorized household unless a resource states otherwise.
  • Redistribution, resale, public posting, scraping, or commercial republication of protected curriculum is not permitted without written permission.

AI-supported learning

Moriah is an educational assistant, not a parent, teacher of record, accreditor, counselor, pastor, lawyer, or medical professional. AI output can be wrong. Families must review material, verify important facts, and follow the posted AI Safety and Academic Integrity rules.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Virtueward to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, defeat safety controls, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload confidential, regulated, financial, medical, or identifying student information unless a specific feature is explicitly approved for it.
  • Students must not use Moriah or other tools to misrepresent AI-generated work as their own when an assignment requires original work.

External resources

Some lessons link to third-party websites. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, content, and availability. Parents remain responsible for approving external resources before student use.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Current controlled pilot access may be free. Before any recurring paid plan begins, pricing, renewal frequency, cancellation method, and material plan limits will be shown before payment. Refund eligibility is governed by the posted Refunds & Cancellation policy and any more specific checkout terms.

Service changes and suspension

UVP may update curriculum, features, safety rules, providers, or availability as Virtueward develops. Access may be paused to address security, abuse, safety, legal, billing, or technical problems. Material policy changes will be dated and published.

Disclaimers

Virtueward does not guarantee a particular grade, test score, college admission, transfer-credit decision, legal compliance outcome, accreditation outcome, or educational result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the limits stated in these terms and applicable consumer law.
